Vehicles will be allowed in exhibitor area only to set up and take down.

No parking behind booths.

Vendors are responsible for setting up their own tents/canopies. We stringly recommend extra long securement stakes, sandbags, and/or any other forms of weights. RBTRiver is not responsible if anything blows away, hits, or injures any vehicle, person, or property on site.

If you require electricity you must bring your own generator.

Nothing shall be sold unless approved by RBTRiver Vendor Selection Committee. Please send photos of work and setup of booth for approval to: RidzByTheRiverVendor@gmail.com
