Vendor Rules & Regulations

  • Vehicles will be allowed in exhibitor area only to set up and take down.

  • No parking behind booths.

  • Vendors are responsible for setting up their own tents/canopies. We stringly recommend extra long securement stakes, sandbags, and/or any other forms of weights. RBTRiver is not responsible if anything blows away, hits, or injures any vehicle, person, or property on site.

  • If you require electricity you must bring your own generator.

  • Nothing shall be sold unless approved by RBTRiver Vendor Selection Committee. Please send photos of work and setup of booth for approval to: RidzByTheRiverVendor@gmail.com

Vendor Set-Up Time

  • Friday, May 15, 2026, 11:00am – 4:30pm

  • Saturday, May 16, 2026, 6:00am – 8:00am

Booth Sizes & Fees (non-refundable)

  • 10′ x 10′ – $150

  • 10′ x 20′ – $200

  • 10′ x 30′ – $300
